New construction offers the rare chance to work with a completely blank canvas. Unlike renovations where I’m working within the constraints of an existing structure, new builds allow me to design every element of the interior from scratch. The possibilities are endless—from layout and lighting to materials and finishes. It’s an exhilarating feeling knowing that each design decision will be an integral part of the home’s foundation.

Working on a new build means I get to influence the entire home design, ensuring that every space flows seamlessly into the next. New construction is a true team effort. Collaborating with architects and builders is a key part of the process, and it’s something I absolutely love. Together, we’re able to merge form and function, making sure the home not only looks stunning but is also practical and well-constructed. From designing custom cabinetry to choosing the perfect lighting placement, the synergy between design and architecture creates a home that feels thoughtfully crafted from every angle.
